Sausage rolls:
2 packages
of crescent rolls
1 package of little smokies
Egg Casserole:
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon butter
1 to 1 1/2 cup chopped ham (or
cooked sausage)
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 cup shredded Cheddar or American cheese
2/3 cup cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups milk
Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Sausage rolls:
Stretch
the dough thinly around little smokies covering each one completely. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20
minutes or until they are light brown. You may want to spray your cookie
sheet with Pam ® prior to baking.
Egg Casserole:
Saute onions in butter until tender. Mix all
ingredients well and pour into 6 x 10 x 1 ˝ inch baking dish and bake at 350
degrees for 45 to 50 minutes (a knife inserted into the casserole should come
out clean).
