Title:  Pumpkin Bars    

 

Ingredients:

 

CAKE

 

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 cups canned pumpkin

four eggs

2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup oil

1 cup walnuts (optional)

 

FROSTING

 

3 ounce package cream cheese

1 tablespoon cream

1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

three quarter stick of oleo

1 teaspoon vanilla

 

(KEEP IN REFRIGERATOR)

 

Directions:

 

Mix ingredients and bake 25 minutes at 350° in a well greased pan. (Use a 29" x 13" pan or a jelly roll pan.)
