Title:  Diane Larson’s Round Nut Roll Cookie    

 

Ingredients:

 

1/2 lb Butter, chilled

Pinch of salt

2 Cups Pecans, finely chopped

6 Tbsp Sugar

2 tsp Vanilla

2 Cups Flour

 

 

 

Directions:

 

Blend all ingredients together. Roll dough into balls the size of a large grape. Bake in a slow oven, 300 degrees, for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and place on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Roll in powdered sugar when still hot again when cool. Store in an air tight container.
