Title:  Layered Bean and Taco Dip    

 

Ingredients:

 

1 can refried beans

1 carton guacamole dip (optional)

1 cup sour cream

1 package dry taco seasoning mix

1/2 cup mayonnaise (optional)

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

chopped fresh tomatoes (diced tomatoes or picante can also be used)

sliced black olives (drained)

green onions (for garnish)

shredded lettuce (for garnish)

 

Directions:

 

Mix the sour cream and dry taco seasoning together (and the mayonnaise if you choose to include it).

 

Layer the ingredients in the following order:

 

Refried beans

Guacamole dip (optional)

Sour cream and taco mixture (mayonnaise optional)

Grated cheddar cheese

Sliced black olives

 

Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

 

Just before serving garnish with tomatoes (picante optional), chopped green onions and shredded lettuce.
