Title:  Strawberry Jello Salad      

 

Ingredients:

 

2 three ounce packages strawberry jello

2 cups boiling water

2 ten ounce packages frozen strawberries

1 thirteen and one-half ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)

2 ripe bananas, finely diced

1 cup dairy sour cream

 

Directions:

 

Dissolve to 3 ounce packages of strawberry Jell-O into 2 cups of boiling water.  Add two, 10 ounce packages of frozen Jell-O,

stirring occasionally until thawed.  Add one, 13 1/2 ounce can of crushed pineapple and two ripe bananas, finely diced.

Pour one-half of the mixture into a 8 x 8 x 2 dish and chill until firm.  Spread evenly with one cup of dairy sour cream.

Pour the second half of the mixture into the dish and chill until firm.
