Title: Ginger’s Coffee Cake (Ginger Davila)

Cake Ingredients

One box of yellow cake mix

One package instant vanilla pudding mix -- small size

3/4 cup oil

3/4 cup water

4 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

Cake Directions

Mix all the cake ingredients together and beat for 6 to 8 minutes. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan.

Topping Ingredients

1/3 cup sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 cup pecan pieces

Topping Directions

Mix all ingredients together and swirl on top of the cake. Bake the cake for 25 minutes in a 350° oven. After the cake cools prepare the glaze.

Glaze Ingredients

3/4 cup of powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Milk -- use whatever amount necessary for the desired thickness

Glaze Directions

Mix the glaze ingredients to the desired thickness and drizzle over the top of the cake.
