Ingredients:
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
One package dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 cups water
3 to 5 pound pot roast
Directions:
Mix the ingredients in a crockpot. Place the roast in the crockpot and cover with the soup mixture. Cook on high three to four hours or on low eight to nine hours. There are many variations to this recipe such as adding vegetables with about three hours cooking left, adding a bit of wine, or Worcestershire sauce. So you can get creative.
